I'm very pleased with the service I've received. I ordered late afternoon on Tuesday and received my machine early Thursday afternoon. Sewing Machine Sales kept me notified throughout the process and bonus points for using DPD, who I find to be the most reliable delivery service in my area. The website is easy to navigate and the extra free gifts were a nice bonus. Based on my experience so far, I feel confident that if there are any problems down the line with the machine that their customer service will be good.
