Elna eXplore 340 Sewing Machine
Why choose the Elna eXplore 340 from us?
It will fit your needs and dreams, both now and in the future. The Elna eXplore 340 has extra functions over its sister machine the 240EX. From the diverse stitch package to the convenient top loading drop-in bobbin to the foolproof built-in needle threader, you'll find these and other features invaluable.
Not sure of a stitch? Easy to read stitch illustrations are located right on the front panel. Use the automatic buttonhole foot on the 340EX to measure the button and produce a classic one-step buttonhole perfectly every time.
Use the top loading type bobbin, no old fashioned separate bobbin case to misplace, simply drop the bobbin in-to place. Its see-through cover lets you see just how much thread is left on the bobbin at any time during a project.
Want to be a little more creative, you'll need to drop the feed dog when you want to sew on buttons or do free motion work, stippling or thread painting, for example, a quick movement on the lever located on back of the free arm and you're ready to go.
Removing the extension arm gives access to the free arm which makes it so easy to reach circular areas like trouser legs and shirt cuffs.
Centimetre and inch measurements on the needle plate and the extension arm are handy for sewing accuracy. As is the push down reverse lever, located close at hand to the right under the stitch selection dial.
The Elna eXplore 340 offers both stitch width and length adjustment and also has an auto declutch bobbin winder, a two speed foot control and is supplied with a hard plastic protective cover.

This is first class. It was delivered very promptly and is a pleasure to use. I needed to watch a few YouTube instructive videos to be fully confident but I’m delighted with it and would highly recommend.
After struggling with a low end machine, I decided to buy an Elna explore 340. I just completed a dress for my granddaughter and really enjoyed my new Elna. It has more than enough features to keep any seamstress content. The folks at sewing machine sales answered all my questions and shipped it quickly. I highly recommend their shop.
I bought a Elna 2800 Sewing Machine, online from Sewing Machine Sales on the 24-06-2011. it arrived on Sat 25-06-2011. I thought that considering the size of parcel it got to me in very quick time. (Parcel Force) I have given it a quick check it looks and feels in good order. just what I needed as a upgrade from the sewing machines. I now can get on and do some real sewing.
