Bought two knitting machines, plus other items at different dates to be delivered to my home in Ireland. Had delivery of them within 4 to 5 days which was extremely fast. I do not know if this is the correct department but my sewing machine arrived today and I am stunned at the speed of your delivery to France. The courier even found the house, normally we have to let them know where we are when they arrive in the village because we do not have a number and the road is not easy to find. Some give up altogether and we have to go and pick up. I haven't opened the machine yet but if the machine is as good as your service it will be fantastic. I take my hat off to a kind gentleman who assisted me with an out of stock sewing machine today (28 Feb 2017). After speaking with him, he put may faith back in mankind. I wanted to spend my money with Sewing Machine Sales and no other company simply because I felt the team have been far friendlier, professional and have a kinder attitude than other online sewing companies. Not wanting to sound negative, but have been looking to purchase a sewing machine over the past two weeks and felt rather unsettled and intimidated by a couple of online companies who will remain nameless, but I'd found them quite dismissive of my needs and came across quite abrupt with their one word answer when you spoke over the telephone or liaised in their online chat room. Thank you so much! I placed an order on Tuesday morning and it was all delivered to me on the Thursday, in France - that is quicker than ordering something from France! My new sewing machine and various other bits and bobs were packaged brilliantly and all have arrived safely. In addition to what was already considered to be excellent customer service, Duke very kindly added a couple of complimentary packs of needles to my order, after I realised I had forgotten to order them. Not only that, upon checking my machine out, I have noticed that the main socket is correct for France, so I have no need to change it. I cannot praise the team enough.
