I have just purchased a cover machine for my wife's upcoming birthday. I emailed some questions and received a prompt reply from Andrew who was very helpful. I am not normally one to write reviews but i feel the service i have received has been second to none. He even held the machine for 24 hours for me whilst i consulted other family members as this was to be joint present. Genuinely impressed. Thank you so much.

My Singer 400 Series machine broke down at lunchtime on Friday. Found your website and diagnosed a broken top bevel gear breakage. Ordered the gear online right then. The gear arrived by post at 2pm the following day and I was back sewing in the afternoon - just 28 hours later. Not bad in the best of circumstances, but exceptional when you consider I live in the Outer Hebrides. Well done.

Hi, just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the recent service my machine had under warranty. When i bought it I was a bit concerned about something going wrong after making a purchase on the internet, but I needn't have been concerned.
