Ordered by phone on Monday after checking it was the correct one for my Innovis 2200 machine. Item safely delivered by Royal Mail on Wednesday, all securely packed with other items I had ordered.
This is my first time ordering with your company, and I am very impressed with the service, speed of delivery, and quality of product. It was a genuine Brother product - some of my friends thought I would be receiving an alternative make. Could not believe the price - £4 less than anywhere else and £17 less than some places.

Just like to say congradulations, I ordered a Brother Embroidery Hoop from your company for my partner.
