Sewing Feet and Attachments for specific sewing tasks

Just to say thank you for prompt delivery and excellent service: i would have hated to part with my beloved and well used sewing machine bought in London in 1978!!!

I bought a Bernette 77 sewing machine from this company and it arrived quickly, within days of ordering. I have since bought a Patchwork foot for it and again I was impressed with the service so much that I will not hesitate to buy from them again. Great company, thank you!

I wish to commend your company on being able to supply me with parts, and also you personally Christian, for your excellent / efficient customer service.I would estimate the sewing machine (Model R85) has been owned by my wife (who sadly died in July 12) for between 55/60 years. In that time it has done a massive amount of work regularly and upto recent times. I do not recall at any time in those long years it has failed. Recently, when the motor continually ran, I thought that's it, the end of the road for the treasured/family heirloom has finally come.For the sake of my wifes memory, I thought I cannot let dear "R85" die. A check on the internet, revealed your business name, I 'phoned you and from that moment, gloom was replaced with happiness. You immediately knew what the problem was, said you could supply the necessary replacement part and an order was placed.Following a very fast delivery service, the part arrived, I easily fitted it and hey-ho, dear old "R85" has a new lease of life. Here's to the next 55 / 60 years of active life, which I'm sure our daughter who inherited the machine, will enjoy ( at least I now know where to get spares/service.Thank you so much Christian

I had a nightmare with another online company who really messed me about, but after reading Trustpilot reviews about this one I ordered the same machine from here and as a bonus it was £70 cheaper. Plus, I could have got next day delivery for no extra cost but opted for a weekend delivery instead for an extra charge (given that I'd saved so much anyway). The service was excellent, and I was fully informed about where my machine was in the system and then when it was out for delivery. It arrived on time and I'm delighted with it - if a little intimidated as it's very technical and I'm not! I'll definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone else.
