I have had in my possession for nearly 40 years and been the very proud owner of a Singer Steam Press - The Magic Steam Press CSP-1, as it is proudly labelled. I am 79 years of age, an ex dancer, producer, costume maker, curtain maker, toy maker and various other things that I have been able to use my all singing/all dancing delightful steam press (nickname: hotpress) to pursue a life of enjoyment all due to this beautiful machine. I have NEVER had to contact, plead for assistance, to maintain it. It has seen many new, homemade pads and pretty covers and an assistant help to its tired spring control on its left side (a block of wood). I could never allow it to leave my home as I would have felt bereft of a best friend and I could never succumb to using an iron. Basically the reason for this epistle is to thank the manufacturer for making this the best friend of many women and men and bringing into the home the finest product of its kind.

I would just like to say a huge thank you for such a quick and fantastic service. The sewing machine arrived today which was amazing considering I only placed the order a couple of days ago and live in Jersey. I would also like to thank you for including some accessories which was a real surprise. Although the cover wasn't the right one this more than made up for it. I will be highly recommending you to anyone I know thinking about purchasing a sewing machine. Customer service like this is incredibly rare these days.
