What a wonderful company! I chatted to a sales assistant to help me with my choice. She was incredibly informative. Machine ordered on a Saturday and arrived on the Sunday. Very happy with machine. I contacted the company for advice about a technical issue with our (old) Holek roller iron and received very clear advice from Stephen he was very friendly and professional, who managed to explain to a technically incompetent person how to solve the problem. He was very patient and clear without being patronising AND, following his advice, it worked! Follow up help from other departments when I ordered a replacement part was equally friendly and helpful. Customer service was excellent throughout.

Everything a sewing fanatic would need. The website is easy to navigate and there is a great choice of goods to choose from. The prices are very competitive and the company feels like a very friendly family run one. I purchased a sewing machine from them some months ago and I had a question about using a magnetic seam guide on a computerised machine. I felt that the person I spoke with was interested in me and although did not know the answer sought out someone who did. This is the type of company I want to deal with.

Having had some bad experiences with other companies claiming their extension tables were "universal fit" and that being very far from the case, I made a point of checking via email that this one would fit my machine; this query was very quickly dealt with - on a Sunday! - and I subsequently placed my order, which was an extremely easy process, even though I am far from competent with technology - more to do with my age than anything else! I just have to wait for my extension table to arrive now.
I have an old Singer sewing machine that I needed a foot pedal for, so I send an email enquiring about it. I received a very quick response from Stephen, letting me know it was in stock and sending me a link to their site. I ordered it and received it 3 days later. It was an exceptionally good service. Very quick, friendly and efficient.
