Cancellation & Returns


It is a requirement of the law that we supply customers with our terms and conditions via a durable medium, which is available to download in your customer area.

Similarly cancellation of contract should be via a durable medium. We ALWAYS acknowledge a cancellation of contract or a request to return a product for refund. If you telephone to cancel the contract we will ALWAYS request cancellation in writing via a durable medium via the RMA cancellation form.


Cancellation

 

Under the United Kingdom’s consumer contract regulations you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. In order to cancel the contract you must... Inform us of your intent to return the goods within fourteen calendar days of the date that the goods are delivered. You must return the item at your expense (postage from £2 upwards) in the condition that they were supplied, complete and in 'as new' condition.

Under the Consumer Rights Directive IP/08/1474 We can reduce the amount of money refunded for goods returned which show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected.

For example, if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way. We can reduce the amount of money refunded for goods returned which show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods were as expected (If the product has been devalued a charge may be made to bring the item back to as new condition).  Goods should be returned with the original box, packing and all accessories. Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned intact.

We will not refund shipping upgrades.
There is no cancellation for digital products, software which have been installed, registered, opened or downloaded. For machine included software that cost will be deducted from any refund.
There is no cancellation for a product that has been made to customer specification.

Otherwise we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. Request a return via RMA returns form.

 

30 Day Returns

 

In the case of returns, for no reason, after fourteen days, we will happily accept the return of your purchase up to 30 days if you simply change your mind. However, your refund may be subject to a restocking fee and any costs relating to shortage of contents, damage and bringing the product back to the condition when it was supplied.  You must inform us if you intend to return an item using the RMA form.

We strongly recommend, when you return the product at your expense, you use a recorded and insured delivery service as we regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit or any return costs.

Sorry but we are unable to refund on downloadable electronic format products, special orders, software or parts that have been fitted also books if the packaging is opened. For software Included with a machine which has been installed, registered, opened or downloaded, that cost of the software will be deducted from any refund.
There is no refund on gift cards or vouchers.

You must inform us via the RMA returns form if you intend to return an item.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

 

You have rights under the Sale of Goods Act for repair, replacement or refund of faulty goods. This applies to all goods but excludes accidental damage or faults arising from misuse, user error or normal wear and tear.

In the case of returns where a machine has developed a fault, we will happily accept the return for a refund or repair, once it has been inspected. However, the returned item must be complete with all accessories and original packaging. Any costs relating to shortage of contents, damage and bringing the product back to the condition when it was supplied, will be redeemed from any refund amount.

Where a product has been found to be damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage up to a maximum of £12. We cannot cover the cost of postage upgrades, additions or add-ons. A receipt or copy of proof of postage must be sent to us along with any returned items.

If after 30 days, your product develops a fault, we will action a repair or replacement.
