Thank you so much! I placed an order on Tuesday morning and it was all delivered to me on the Thursday, in France - that is quicker than ordering something from France! My new sewing machine and various other bits and bobs were packaged brilliantly and all have arrived safely. In addition to what was already considered to be excellent customer service, Duke very kindly added a couple of complimentary packs of needles to my order, after I realised I had forgotten to order them. Not only that, upon checking my machine out, I have noticed that the main socket is correct for France, so I have no need to change it. I cannot praise the team enough.
