I wish to commend your company on being able to supply me with parts, and also you personally Christian, for your excellent / efficient customer service.I would estimate the sewing machine (Model R85) has been owned by my wife (who sadly died in July 12) for between 55/60 years. In that time it has done a massive amount of work regularly and upto recent times. I do not recall at any time in those long years it has failed. Recently, when the motor continually ran, I thought that's it, the end of the road for the treasured/family heirloom has finally come.For the sake of my wifes memory, I thought I cannot let dear "R85" die. A check on the internet, revealed your business name, I 'phoned you and from that moment, gloom was replaced with happiness. You immediately knew what the problem was, said you could supply the necessary replacement part and an order was placed.Following a very fast delivery service, the part arrived, I easily fitted it and hey-ho, dear old "R85" has a new lease of life. Here's to the next 55 / 60 years of active life, which I'm sure our daughter who inherited the machine, will enjoy ( at least I now know where to get spares/service.Thank you so much Christian

Just wanted to say, after searching several sites - not really sure what I was looking for - I came across your site which was very clear and showed me exactly which part I needed to mend my machine THANK GOODNESS!! and thank you for your prompt service, I will be buying from you again.

Just to say many thanks for your brilliant service. I only ordered my machine on Sunday evening and it arrived on Tuesday lunchtime. The couriers gave me a one hour slot and they were exactly on time. I couldn't believe the amount of "freebies" that came with the machine, extension table, quilting feet, scissor set, box of threads and even a little sewing kit. If your level of aftercare matches this, should I need it, I will be very pleased.

My machine arrived safe and sound on Tuesday. I was very pleased with the simple ordering system, the price and the speed of delivery. It came beautifully packed. I bought this particular machine as a friend had it and I was impressed with its functionality. This week-end will be my first opportunity to test it. Many thanks
