Juki MO-644D Overlocker

Although the MO-644D is the lowest price Juki overlocker in the range, you still get first class engineering and a machine built to last. It sews with 3 or 4 threads, 2 or 3 needles giving many edging stitch options. With the addition of a converter you also have the ability to sew two thread overlock.

Feet clip-on so changing to sew on elastic or hemming can be achieved.

Because the Juki 644D has a differential feed, the user has the ability to stretch the material while overlocking or setting the differential the opposite way allows gathering on softer weight materials.

Setting the differential is accesses by swinging out the left cover, giving access to the adjustment clamp. Stitch length can also be adjusted. While the side cover is swung out the way even the cutting width can be adjusted.

This machine is best suited to users that want an good quality, smooth running overlocker to sew mainly the same material types. Setting stitch and cutting width or differential is more complex than other Juki overlockers in the range.
