Just wanted to say a very big thank you for all your help in getting the spares I needed for my tailor's dummy. Pleased to say it's repaired and fully working. Special thanks to David McCreadie for all his help and emails. Not a criticism but considering they were dispatched on 1st June I didn't actually receive them until yesterday 8th June. Think Royal Mail is "snail mail"!!

I have just purchased a SILVER REED SK155 CHUNKY KNITTING MACHINE and am so excited. This is my first purchase of a knitting machine and I was rather nervous in ensuring I purchased the one that was best for me and my requirements. Poor Andrew in Sales has been bombarded with questions from me and has been so patient in his replies. There has been absolutely no 'hard sell' techniques whatsoever. 100% thoroughly recommend this company.
