In addition to what was already considered to be excellent customer service, Duke very kindly added a couple of complimentary packs of needles to my order, after I realised I had forgotten to order them. Not only that, upon checking my machine out, I have noticed that the main socket is correct for France, so I have no need to change it. I cannot praise the team enough.
