Just wanted to say a very big thank you for all your help in getting the spares I needed for my tailor's dummy. Pleased to say it's repaired and fully working. Special thanks to David McCreadie for all his help and emails. Not a criticism but considering they were dispatched on 1st June I didn't actually receive them until yesterday 8th June. Think Royal Mail is "snail mail"!!
Really impressed, I usually only order from big household brands but Sewing Machine Sales had the best price and some great reviews on trust pilot. We received the footswitch today here in France. I have subsequently wired it into the Necchi machine without any problems at all. It works perfectly. I am totally impressed with your service and your expert help in this matter, and I thank you most sincerely
