My Singer 400 Series machine broke down at lunchtime on Friday. Found your website and diagnosed a broken top bevel gear breakage. Ordered the gear online right then. The gear arrived by post at 2pm the following day and I was back sewing in the afternoon - just 28 hours later. Not bad in the best of circumstances, but exceptional when you consider I live in the Outer Hebrides. Well done.
I am very pleased to be able to tell you that the Knitting machine which I ordered from you was delivered last Wednesday, six days after placing the order. Living, as I do, in a fairly remote part of the world, it is often very difficult to obtain items of a specialized nature so I was delighted to find your web-site and be able to purchase a knitting machine for which I have been searching for some time and unable to locate here in Australia.

Hi, just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the recent service my machine had under warranty. When i bought it I was a bit concerned about something going wrong after making a purchase on the internet, but I needn't have been concerned.
