The cording foot allows sewing on thin cords or strings. As the bottom of the foot sole provides several grooves, more than one string can be sewn on in one step. The cording foot is provided with a recess on the backside of the presser foot to activate the integrated dual feed. This allows an even feed of “sticky” materials such as leather or plastic.
