Based on the design of the standard Darning Foot #9, this foot features an open front that enhances visibility without sacrificing stability. When used with Bernina's hopper mechanism, it provides excellent fabric control with reduced flagging, while allowing smooth, effortless movement of the fabric under the foot. This foot is a genuine Bernina product and fits 5.5mm and 9mm machines.
