I ordered a dressmakers dummy mid afternoon, was delivered the next day, absolutely shocked with how quick it came. It also a great product, made use of it the same day I got it (I was very excited when the DPD man showed up, lol). Will definitely purchase from this company again.

Although there was a glitch at the beginning, despite working on a skeleton staff the problem was quickly sorted and the delivery was ultra fast arriving next day! My new sewing machine and various other bits and bobs were packaged brilliantly and all have arrived safely. In addition to what was already considered to be excellent customer service, Duke very kindly added a couple of complimentary packs of needles to my order, after I realised I had forgotten to order them. Not only that, upon checking my machine out, I have noticed that the main socket is correct for France, so I have no need to change it. I cannot praise the team enough.
