This attachment has been around for years, it saves time when needing to finish the fabric edge with bias tape. No need to use pins! This foot clips in to place. Then the bias tape is feed in to the binder, the tape is automatically folded in to the correct position around the fabric edge. The sewing machine can be set to sew a small zigzag or generally a straight stitch and it will sew the bias tape to the edge of the material perfectly, now need for pins.I'm sure you will not be disappointed with this binding attachment performance if you have never used one in the past.
