Has adjustable guide for machines that are equipped with variable needle positions. Blind hemming can sometimes be a little tricky so the blind hem foot goes some way to help improve this technique. Select the blind hem stitch, place the folded fabric up against the adjustable guide, adjust to suit your required hem and sew.
