This foot is especially designed for free motion embroidery, stippling, darning and monogramming. Skipped stitches are no longer a concern, as the needle moves up and down, so does the spring-loaded foot to hold the fabric in place while the stitch is formed.
Ideal for free motion stippling because of its large hole which give best viewing while doing free machine embroidery.

Great advice over the phone finding the right foot for machine embroidery with my sewing machine. Great visibility with this foot. With my brother machine I have to fit a base plate over the feeder feet. When this is in place and the foot is fitted I can't get an embroidery hoop underneath, but it works well without the hoop.

Good customer service. Prompt delivery. Great machine embroidery foot. However for my machine I have to take the foot of to get the embroidery ring under it, then then put it back on. The ring at the end of the foot is a good size so you can see better what you are doing.
