Although a different shape from the original it replaced it fits and works perfectly. Pleased that my old sewing machine has been given a new lease of life. Website was easy to use and I was able to identify the part I needed quickly.

Both the phone calls I made & the people l spoke to were very helpfully. I was given the part number l needed. On my second call l ordered over the phone & the lady understood my problem of not wishing to ordered on the computer. The part came in a few day was well packed & l am very happy with it, it is good quality. l would buy from you again.

Works fine. Glad I could get the part for such an old sewing machine. Shame it wasn't the same shape as the old one as this one doesn't fit in the storage space that's in the plastic cover when you slide it shut.
