I wish to commend your company on being able to supply me with parts, and also you personally Christian, for your excellent / efficient customer service.I would estimate the sewing machine (Model R85) has been owned by my wife (who sadly died in July 12) for between 55/60 years. In that time it has done a massive amount of work regularly and upto recent times. I do not recall at any time in those long years it has failed. Recently, when the motor continually ran, I thought that's it, the end of the road for the treasured/family heirloom has finally come.For the sake of my wifes memory, I thought I cannot let dear "R85" die. A check on the internet, revealed your business name, I 'phoned you and from that moment, gloom was replaced with happiness. You immediately knew what the problem was, said you could supply the necessary replacement part and an order was placed.Following a very fast delivery service, the part arrived, I easily fitted it and hey-ho, dear old "R85" has a new lease of life. Here's to the next 55 / 60 years of active life, which I'm sure our daughter who inherited the machine, will enjoy ( at least I now know where to get spares/service.Thank you so much Christian

Thank you so much! I placed an order on Tuesday morning and it was all delivered to me on the Thursday, in France - that is quicker than ordering something from France! My new sewing machine and various other bits and bobs were packaged brilliantly and all have arrived safely. In addition to what was already considered to be excellent customer service, Duke very kindly added a couple of complimentary packs of needles to my order, after I realised I had forgotten to order them. Not only that, upon checking my machine out, I have noticed that the main socket is correct for France, so I have no need to change it. I cannot praise the team enough. If anyone is 'considering' making a purchase from Sewing Machine Sales - just do it! You won't be sorry.

We received the footswitch today here in France. I have subsequently wired it into the Necchi machine without any problems at all. It works perfectly. I am totally impressed with your service and your expert help in this matter, and I thank you most sincerely
