This Sewing Machine Zig Zag Needle Plate is original fitment for the Singer 9960 sewing machine range Quantum Style series. If you find the stitching erratic, check the needle plate particularly around the hole that the needle goes through, if its pitted and not 100% smooth you will never get the perfect stitch, replacing this plate may fix the stitching problem. The needle plate may have 32844 stamped on the base. The plastic bobbin cover can also be found in our parts section.
