My wife has a Janome Horizon 15000 and she had problems with the auto threader not working, so I looked online and found the above company.
I ordered the parts and I was pleasantly surprised that the parts arrived the next day, I fitted the parts and adjusted them to the settings given in the Janome manual and it worked first time, by the way that is the first time I had worked on a sewing machine.
