Pack of 5 Sewing Machine needles - All one size - 100/9. Also known as 130/705H, HAx1SP or 15x1.
This universal needle, with a slightly rounded point but sharp, is made to fit all makes of sewing machine. With the shank of the needle flat on one side and rounded on the other, these needles can be fitted easily into your needle clamp.
This size 100/16 machine needle is ideal for use on heavier weight fabric, denim, heavy weight suitings, corduroy, canvas,deep pile fabrics and vinyl. When stitching with a stronger needle, it will penetrate through the weave of the fabric with ease.
If you use the wrong size needle...too heavy a needle will cause a large punture mark in a fine fabric, too fine a needle could bend or snap when sewing through thicker, heavier fabrics.
