I wish to send my appreciation to every member of staff who dealt with my orders of a Brother Overlocker 4234d and a flatbed Brother XR27NT sewing machine plus a beautiful work table by Horn. Not only are all these machines of first-class quality, BUT the workforce who dealt with me and my problems with being Very Deaf , were kind and understanding. Patience was their main quality and if anyone reading this message, needs to purchase a new sewing machine, then this is the company to contact for help all the way through the buying process.

This is not a question but I could not see where to send a testimonial, so here it is... My Singer 400 Series machine broke down at lunchtime on Friday. Found your website and diagnosed a broken top bevel gear breakage. Ordered the gear online right then. The gear arrived by post at 2pm the following day and I was back sewing in the afternoon - just 28 hours later. Not bad in the best of circumstances, but exceptional when you consider I live in the Outer Hebrides. Well done.

I take my hat off to a kind gentleman who assisted me with an out of stock sewing machine today (28 Feb 2017). After speaking with him, he put may faith back in mankind. I wanted to spend my money with Sewing Machine Sales and no other company simply because I felt the team have been far friendlier, professional and have a kinder attitude than other online sewing companies. Not wanting to sound negative, but have been looking to purchase a sewing machine over the past two weeks and felt rather unsettled and intimidated by a couple of online companies who will remain nameless, but I'd found them quite dismissive of my needs and came across quite abrupt with their one word answer when you spoke over the telephone or liaised in their online chat room. I would just like to say a huge thank you for such a quick and fantastic service. The sewing machine arrived today which was amazing considering I only placed the order a couple of days ago and live in Jersey. I would also like to thank you for including some accessories which was a real surprise. Although the cover wasn't the right one this more than made up for it.
