What is Nanofiber?

Nanofiber is a synthetic polymer filament with a width of 100 nanometers or less. Nanofibers are a thousand times the smaller diameter of human hair. These tiny fibers are produced from a polymer solution, essentially a bath of synthetic chemicals, spun through electrospinning. Ofter used for protective clothing because of its strength.

Using the latest cutting-edge technology, we’re pleased to bring to market our revolutionary new roll cladding with a unique nanofiber layer. Fixed by means of lamination to the lower side of the roll, this new product significantly improves the quality and lifespan of the cover.

Due to this layer, the warming of the roll cladding is quicker and the temperature on the surface of the cover which comes into contact with the ironed washing is more stable.

Thanks to the hydrophobic qualities of the nanofiber layer, when ironing with steam the intensity and stability of the iron is greatly increased, resulting in a higher quality finish. What's more, this unique cover has a mirroring effect resulting in the hot steam from the heating shoe being passed back into the washing.

Thanks to this effect the nanofiber layer provides long-lasting protection against the spreading of micro-organisms such as fungus, microbes and viruses, which can spread rapidly in humid and wet conditions. Thanks to our innovative nanofiber technology, the cover of your ironer will stay in perfect shape for a long time.
