Use Piping and Welting Foot for guiding and sewing in piping and welting into fabric for home decor.
Set machine for 5-thread safety stitch wide or 2-thread chainstitch.
Place first fabric right side up under foot. Position pre-made piping on top of fabric and under left groove on foot. Place second fabric right side down on top of piping and under foot. Lower needles into fabric.
Lower foot. Sew first few stitches by hand, using handwheel. Continue sewing, making sure that fabrics and piping are guided correctly.
