I just wanted to express my thanks for the very helpful service I received recently when I ordered a sewing machine for my daughter. I would also especially like to thank Christian for taking time and trouble to deliver the machine to my daughter's address in Heaton. Having had the phone slammed down on me by another sewing machine firm, it was really lovely to be spoken to pleasantly and to be treated as a valued customer. A big thank you.
