Case or holder for the spool or bobbin

Although there was a glitch at the beginning, despite working on a skeleton staff the problem was quickly sorted and the delivery was ultra fast arriving next day! I will definitely use again as it gives one confidence that if there is a problem it is sorted. Thank you for working during this time, it is a lifeline for some of us and very much appreciated.
