Sewing Feet and Attachments for specific sewing tasks

I have just purchased a cover machine for my wife's upcoming birthday. I emailed some questions and received a prompt reply from Andrew who was very helpful. I am not normally one to write reviews but i feel the service i have received has been second to none. He even held the machine for 24 hours for me whilst i consulted other family members as this was to be joint present. Genuinely impressed. Thank you so much.

I just wanted to say thanks to you all for the great repair, and customer service. You really were good at keeping me updated, and I'm thrilled with the result. I got my machine back today and I've already turned up a pair of trousers. It's not worked so well for ages. It's just a shame about the lid. The machine was an 18th birthday present from my nan & grandad in 1975, so has huge sentimental value as well a practical value. Anyway, I see you do a range of carry bags. I think that's the future! I have had in my possession for nearly 40 years and been the very proud owner of a Singer Steam Press - The Magic Steam Press CSP-1, as it is proudly labelled. I am 79 years of age, an ex dancer, producer, costume maker, curtain maker, toy maker and various other things that I have been able to use my all singing/all dancing delightful steam press (nickname: hotpress) to pursue a life of enjoyment all due to this beautiful machine. I have NEVER had to contact, plead for assistance, to maintain it. It has seen many new, homemade pads and pretty covers and an assistant help to its tired spring control on its left side (a block of wood). I could never allow it to leave my home as I would have felt bereft of a best friend and I could never succumb to using an iron. Basically the reason for this epistle is to thank the manufacturer for making this the best friend of many women and men and bringing into the home the finest product of its kind.
