Using the knee lifter, you can raise and lower the presser foot while keeping your hands available to position and guide your fabric.

At the heart of the B495 Liberty Edition is the Bernina Hook, designed to deliver consistent and precise stitches at speeds of up to 900 stitches per minute. A maximum stitch width of 5.5 mm, maximum stitch length of 6 mm and 11 adjustable needle positions provide plenty of control for precision sewing, topstitching and decorative work. The machine also features the large capacity jumbo bobbin, helping you sew for longer between bobbin changes.
