Singer Heavy Duty Computerised HD6605 Sewing Machine

Using the same heavy duty powerful 90 watts motor to drive the 100 stitch options to allow customisation, dressmaking, quilting or home décor projects. Extra feet are included as well.

The HD6605C has a longer sewing bed than the mechanical heavy duty models, the sewing platform extends a further 4 cm for extra fabric rest on larger projects.

The LCD screen clearly displays the selected stitch number and use the keys below the screen to select any one of the pre-programmed stitches. Each can be set to your own settings for width or length.

Threading is super easy following the threading guide and the bobbin is full rotary design for smooth stitching at any speed. In fact, you can sew smoothly up to 1100 spm maybe on longer seems like curtains etc. Press another key to reverse and another to set the needle to the up or down position.

On selected stitches you can press the reserve key and to sew 3 tie-off stitches then stop automatically.

The HD6605 has the Singer patented DROP&SEW bobbin system, it conveniently trims the thread end to the correct length to start stitching as soon as the bobbin is loaded for the top. The clear plastic cover gives a good view if/when bobbin thread is running low.

Stitching through many layers is not a problem when using this Singer HD6605C, the metal internal frame is manufactured to stop vibration and movement when sewing thicker materials.

Singer heavy duty 6605 has accurate fabric feed, which is helped by the 7-point feed system, it controls the material being moved forward or backwards using 7 points of contact, even from in front of the needle. Together this gives better stitches formation with less fabric puckering.

Choose from 6 fully automatic 1-step buttonholes, including keyhole and eyelets. A choice of overlocking stitches include slant and closed which can also be used on stretch fabrics. Blind hem or darning stitches for mending or clothing repairs. The HD6605C also has a small hole repair stitch No. 23.

Quilters will love the antique hand-look quilt stitch No. 4 and the many other patchwork joining stitches.

Singer HD6605C has built-in presser foot recommendation sheets that slide forward when needed.
