Juki HZL-60 Sewing Machine

The HZL-60 is the first in the computerised line-up and is a silky smooth runner with LED lights to illuminate the sewing bed. The sewing bed is removable to give access to the sleeve arm. It also doubles as a storage drawer for feet and accessories. 

As one would expect, the Juki HZL-60 has a built-in needle threader and a top-loading bobbin system. It has a transparent see-through bobbin thread cover so the user can keep an eye on how much thread is left on the bobbin whilst stitching a longer seam. It is also the smooth running rotary type hook mechanism for less vibration and no thread snagging. 

A handy pull-out card doubles as a quick-view instruction guide, with step-by-step images for threading and inserting the bobbin. 

To select any one of the 40 stitches is quick and easy, the HZL-60 has a grid of stitches on the front panel and using the buttons to the right, you can zip through until your desired stitch is selected. The stitch is pre-programmed with the correct settings ready to start to sew. These settings, however, can be overridden and adjusted as required. Adjustment width up to  7 mm and length up to 4.5mm. 

The HZL-60 Juki home sewing machine can be used with or without the foot control so one can use the max speed slider to limit its speed for novice sewers, stitching into corners or free-motion embroidery. 

It has the electronic type foot control, which is very controllable even whilst stitching very slowly. The start /stop can also be used at any time, even with the foot control plugged in to the machine.
