The Janome DKS30 is computerised with 30 pre-programmed stitches, including 3 different fully automatic buttonholes all at the touch of a large key/button as you can see from the images. A jam-proof, magnetic, top-loading, full-rotary hook system eliminates the need for a removable bobbin case.

The hook cover plate opens at the touch of a button and the extra needle penetration power of the DKS30 sewing machine lets you sew across heavier fabrics & multiple layers with easy. Adjustable foot pressure means you can fine-tune the feeding to suit your fabric, no matter how many layers you are stitching at the time. The special edition electronics inside make it possible to elongate stitches up to 5 times their regular length, and the thread cutter is a real timesaver. 

Selecting a stitch is no longer a chore, simply use the direct selection key to choose any one of the 30 pre-programmed selections, choose from buttonholes, blind hem, overedging, stretch, zigzag, straight or even use the twin needle function all at the press of a button. In fact, 3 buttonhole styles are available to sew in a one-step sequence: keyhole, round top, and regular buttonholes, as well as a bar tack and eyelets.

The extension arm also detaches for free-arm sewing. This machine also features a seven-piece feed mechanism, a drop feed facility for free-motion quilting, an automatic needle threader, a sliding max speed control, and comes complete with a hard cover to keep the machine and its accessories safely covered.
