My other steam press gave up on me and it was so simple to order on line another one.

As usual, great service. Delivery always on time. I will continue to order from them, as I know if I am doing a project & then realise that I am running out of cotton etc, I can get some from them the next day. So we will recommend anyone wanting a great service, to place an order.

Just to say many thanks for your brilliant service. I only ordered my machine on Sunday evening and it arrived on Tuesday lunchtime. The couriers gave me a one hour slot and they were exactly on time. I couldn't believe the amount of "freebies" that came with the machine, extension table, quilting feet, scissor set, box of threads and even a little sewing kit. If your level of aftercare matches this, should I need it, I will be very pleased.

Everyone in my enquiries were very helpful and went the extra mile for me to achieve what was a difficult enquiry on an old singer sewing machine.Especially the spares representative. Thanks you.
