I've visited the shop a few times, staff are always super helpful and willing to give their time to talk through options. They've provided no longer in production parts for my ancient Singer and offered advice to my husband on a fault it had. This is my second machine purchased, I recently bought a Brother overlocker recommended by staff, which has been brilliant and another Singer sewing machine (the ancient machine is still in repair), can't wait for it to arrive

I purchased the strong sewing machine case as well as the Singer Fashion Mate 3342. I am so glad I purchased the case because it is brilliant, very strong as stated and will hold everything I want when sewing. I was also very pleased with the case and the excellent priced.
