This is not a question but I could not see where to send a testimonial, so here it is... My Singer 400 Series machine broke down at lunchtime on Friday. Found your website and diagnosed a broken top bevel gear breakage. Ordered the gear online right then. The gear arrived by post at 2pm the following day and I was back sewing in the afternoon - just 28 hours later. Not bad in the best of circumstances, but exceptional when you consider I live in the Outer Hebrides. Well done.
