Why choose the Pfaff 260c from us?
"The Next Step" the Smarter 260c by Pfaff. This is the top model in the Smarter Range. Like it's smaller siblings this machine is easy to handle and perfect for taking to and from classes but still maintains that robustness and durability of the grander Pfaff sewing machines. What this machine has that some other machine lack is brains, the 260C is computerised as opposed to the other two mechanical versions. The benefits that computerised sewing machine have over mechanical machines is they do all of the thinking for you. All you need to do is set it up and switch it on, select your stitch and the machine does the thinking, it automatically as if by magic programs your stitch, selects the correct length, selects the correct width and puts you needle in the right position. Not only that you can tell the machine how fast YOU want it to sew, it can't run away from you and will forever be under your control.
The 260 is cute and it's quirky but it also packs a punch, in the form of an over powerful motor, the usual motor size for a machine of this caliber is 35-50 watts but the Pfaff Smarter 260C has a 70 watt motor!!! but what does it mean? in a nutshell, it's tough, it will make lighter work of layers and thick materials such as denim and canvas. The additional strength also makes it extremely versatile when it comes to creative sewing and textile art or even pictorial freemotion with obscure threads, fabrics and materials while keeping a beautiful stitch.

Purchased on 22/1/2021 Delivery was superb as it came next day. Th e company was very helpful and love this machine with its wide range of stitches.
Really happy with my Pfaff machine. Had one previously for over 30 years. Service from Sewing Machine Sales was very quick, and responses to e-mails was very prompt. Would happily use them again
Love sewing don’t know much about sewing machine. Heard about pfaff looked into it liked the reviews etc. Ordered from you when I googled and it was on offer. Order and delivery was excellent , loving the machine would recommend pfaff 260c.
I used it only 1-2 times so far but very happy with it. I bought it right after I sent back a Brother FS40 as it bobbins kept eating the material so badly that I had to cut into the dress I was working on to free it. It was my first clever-sewing machine and this Pfaff is the second. It can be difficult a bit to learn how to sew with these new clever ones but I found many videos on YouTube about both and were a great help. The Pfaff is professional, doesn't give you a filthy feeling (maybe the foot pedal only), reliable, nice stitches, don't stretch the stretchy material even if you don't bother to change the needle, easily copes with more layer and give you the feeling that "I know what I am doing just feed me". Love it to bits, I paid I think 130+ or so but I feel well worth it on the long term. My previous "not clever" one is a Veritas Rubina, 30 years old, ashamed but never was oiled or serviced but still works (after this experience I swore to clean and oil it and to keep as second, back up machine just for in case). I love the Pfaff and now I understand the "hipe" about it. Being the type who have limited free time and like reliable household machines to avoid to stress on fixing, I think it well worth its price.
This is my second sewing machine. I was really impressed with it. It's quiet, has so many stitch options, and automated buttonhole maker, which I love. One thing I don't like is the placement of the reverse stitch button. It's right under the start/stop button for sewing, and you can accidentally press it when in fact you want to back stitch. That being said, it's a good machine, I like sewing with it. Delivery was very fast.
I am new to sewing and chose this machine at the recommendation of my sewing friend who has been at it for years. For me there are too many out there to even begin to have a clue as to which I should buy. My friend has been running classes and sewing for years so if this machine is good enough for her then it is good enough for me. Having now used it as a complete novice I am very happy with the ease of use and many differing programs it offers. It is also a good weight and is not too bulky to take to classes.
Very good value for money
simple machine to use, even for beginners
bon rapport qualité prix
machine très facile à utilisée
je recommande ce site
I already own a Pfaff ambition 2, which I love. I wanted something smallervto take to workshops etc. This smaller Pfaff really suits the bill. It's easy to cart around at only 6 kg and because the presser feet are the same ones I use on my other machine I can continue my patchwork, where an accurate 1/4 " is essential , I can continue the project at home.
I've only had time to use the new machine for a few hours but it is proving better than I expected. Sew far, sew good.
Love this sewing machine very quick and smooth, fast delivery.
