I had to order a replacement machine at very short notice. Cannot fault speed of delivery, received within 2 days. Brilliant. Nice simple machine to use. I mainly require a machine for repairs and occasionally I make curtains and blinds. Agree with other comments that its a nice straightforward machine to operate. Also, it being a lightweight machine does not detract from its capability and as also said before, deals with thicker fabrics very well. Early days, but so far , a very good machine and for an excellent price.

I have just started a Patchwork & Quilting class needed a machine I could depend. I bought the Elna to replace a much cheaper one and I'm so glad I did. The Elna is so easy to use, produces beautiful stitches and the needle threader the easest I have ever used. Altogether a joy to use.

Great machine. Very easy to use and quality stitches. Had Brother previous and was pleased with that one too. This one is an upgrade and I am really enjoying all the new features. Really pleased with this smooth running un-complicated machine. Love the functions including the needle down or up selection when machine stops sewing. Also the clear bobbin lid so I can see when the thread has run out! Highly recommend it and very good value for money.

I love my machine. It's so easy to use. I would call myself a beginner but I had no trouble working with it from the first moment I took it out. I didn't even need the instructions although they are very extensive and very informative - I learned more things than I expected. Overall a great machine and I am very pleased with my purchase.
