Delighted with the Passport 2.0, have had a good play showing all my friends how easy it is to operate and all the added features it has compared to the Select models. I have used Pfaff now for over 10 years and can say that every model I have is a joy to use. One and only concern is the sliding card showing the stitches, if the tab gets damaged or torn it will be difficult to use. With that in mind I have stitched a crib book showing all the stitches with their numbers and stored it with the hand book.

What a wonderful machine I have been patchworking for some years, but this machine makes everything much easier than my old machine, I haven't tried all the functions yet, but do intend to!!

I bought this machine to replace my very old and basic Elna machine. It took me some time to get used to setting up the top thread and bobbin, as well as learning how to use the automatic threader. I am still getting used to it so can't comment further. However it's a lot quieter than my old machine!

Just bought this machine and I am really impressed. The instructions are simple and easy to follow and it does everything it says on the tin!... looks really smart and I am sure I am going to enjoy trying all the different settings. It is a far cry from the old machine I have been using. It responds very well and doesn't run away with you, so as a relative novice this is great. Took a long time choosing this model and up to press I am totally happy with my choice. Actual service ie delivery was superb. I would recommend this model for any domestic sewer.

Received before estimated delivery date. Machine is just what I wanted and at a really good price. Computerised with a bit of embroidery. The selling point for me was that I could use the machine without the foot pedal as I have arthritis in my knee. Looking forward to many happy sewing years!

This is a lovely machine, easy to use and has lots of useful features. Alhough I have only had it for a few days I have already made a small quilt. I already have a v3 embroidery machine so this machine will compliment that one. There are plenty of embroidery stitches and alphabet. So far I am very happy with it. Even more so as it came with a free quilting kit.

I am quite new to sewing and was looking for a sewing machine that had a lot of possibilities but was also easy to use for beginners. I must say it hasn't disappointed me at all. The manual is easy to use too. Delivery was speedy although I had asked for Saturday delivery, but my sewing machine was delivered during the week. When I called customer services they refunded the extra fee you need to pay for Saturday deliveries straight away. Good service.
