I bought this machine to update on my old, but very reliable Toyota. I am very pleased with my choice. I haven't made buttonholes yet, but I'm sure that will be as easy as everything else. You haven't got to be an expert to get good results.

I bought this to replace a Brother sewing machine that just stopped working. It is quick and quiet and was delivered 2 days after I ordered it. It is missing a few of the clever little touches my old machine had but if it is reliable and efficient, I don't mind. A good basic machine.

I had a very efficient service from Sewing Machine Sales, I ordered on Sunday afternoon and my new machine arrived on Tuesday. I am delighted with my choice of Silver 197. I have had a much more basic Silver machine for the last 8 years and have been happy with it but now I am retired I have more time and wanted to be more adventurous with my sewing. This machine is amazing, and I would recommend it 100%. The price was right too; I feel I have got a lot of machine for just less than £350, I am sure you can tell I am very happy with mu purchase!

I wanted to upgrade my old Brother machine and was looking to find a sewing machine that would do many decorative stitches including lettering and numbers. Brother Innovis 55 was the one that ticked all my boxes, and the price was reasonable too. It comes with an operation manual which has the information on how to get started, how to select stitch types and patterns, how to combine patterns, troubleshooting and etc. Looking forward to explore all the possibilities of this wonder machine and have many years of pleasure using it.
