I upgraded to the J3-18 after owning a previous Janome for eight years. This machine is very easy to use and the instructions are well written and clear. I find the needle thread especially useful and the motor is very quiet. It arrived within the specified time and communication from this Company was first class. I would highly recommend this sewing machine and Company.

I have been using my sewing machine on a daily basis since opening the box. As a novice, and I mean novice :) (couldn't sew a button before) I have found this machine easy to use, I haven't used all the features yet but I'm sure I will get round to it. I would highly recommend this machine to any sewist and the delivery time was great too.

Service was good, apart from the foot ordered was not delivered with the machine, disappointing as was needed for a class the following day. They did deliver the next day which was to late. Although a problem would use them again.

I had never used a machine for embroidery before - what an eye-opener. My old standard machine was just about worn out from the miles of dress-making that I do, and I wanted to embellish some of my work with embroidery. I did a lot of on-line research and found that the Silver CH03 was the perfect machine for me. I have had it just a week but already love what it can do. I don't know if I will ever use all the stitches available, but to have the variety and the option of downloading further embroidery designs is so exciting. Like anything new it takes a bit of getting used to but I don't foresee any problems. I am also very new to the push button start/stop - amazing! I am disabled and cannot walk much. My legs get very weak and I can see that this button will mean I can carry on sewing even if I can't use the pedal. I can thoroughly recommend this machine and wish I'd bought one a long time ago.
