Which Steam Press is best? Which is quicker? How long will it last?

A steam press can save you hours per week! Yes, really!, don't just take my word for it "even though I use a steam press myself" read our customer reviews.

In fact a steam press can half your ironing time..! they are usually over 10 times the pressing area of a regular hand iron. That in itself is a huge difference. But what you don't see in the images is, how easy they are to use. No need to stand while ironing! No more too-and-fro with a heavy iron!

Read these steam press consumer reviews and ratings. I hope they will help you make the important decision of which ironing press to buy. Don't forget if you do need help we're only a phone call away and if you're still not sure we offer 30-day returns, and as always our advice is free. I think you will enjoy reading through these.

Reading some of the reviews made me smile. e.g. "It's single blokes dream", "I searched for extra things to press" and "cant keep my husband off it"

I purchased my press from the Ideal Homes Exhibition years ago and use it continuously without any problems. I often buy the iron plate covers form this company and thats the only expense ive had, because you dont need any filters like some i looked at.

I was without a steam press for a week and going back to old iron and ironing board was a real pain. My new machine arrived today. In no time it was out of the box, did the weeks ironing in just over an hour. The new ESP 2 is a more sophisticated machine than the old Magic 7 but that machine served me well for many years.

Needs to be placed in a utility room and left there because this is a very heavy awkward piece of equipment to move about..Also need to be careful when collapsing the frame.... Its quite heavy.

The ESP 2 is my first ever steam press and I'll never go back to an iron. Its a single blokes dream, simple, fast, bombproof. If you subscribe to the bachelor ethic of 'dynamic ironing' - i.e. you iron something just prior to rushing out the door with it on - this is a dream. Does a T shirt in three presses, thats 20 seconds, and switches itself off when you forget to.

Very easy to use and striaghtforward. Makes ironing enjoyable. The swivel plate feature is an added extra. The only improvement I could suggest to the manufacturer is that the plate was slightly longer (A freind has an ironing press with a longer plate (width similar). This meant that a shirt front fits on in entirety, rather than having to be moved up)

I have been repairing Sp type presses and irons for over 12 years. They are long lasting and easy to use. Take it from a technician, they are great value for money.

I bought the iron plate cover + padding for my old Fastpress, it has changed my way of ironing, fast and relaxed! I would recommend it to all working girls because it's time plus energy saving.
