In fact a steam press can half your ironing time..! they are usually over 10 times the pressing area of a regular hand iron. That in itself is a huge difference. But what you don't see in the images is, how easy they are to use. No need to stand while ironing! No more too-and-fro with a heavy iron!

Needs to be placed in a utility room and left there because this is a very heavy awkward piece of equipment to move about..Also need to be careful when collapsing the frame.... Its quite heavy.

The ESP 2 is my first ever steam press and I'll never go back to an iron. Its a single blokes dream, simple, fast, bombproof. If you subscribe to the bachelor ethic of 'dynamic ironing' - i.e. you iron something just prior to rushing out the door with it on - this is a dream. Does a T shirt in three presses, thats 20 seconds, and switches itself off when you forget to.

Very easy to use and striaghtforward. Makes ironing enjoyable. The swivel plate feature is an added extra. The only improvement I could suggest to the manufacturer is that the plate was slightly longer (A freind has an ironing press with a longer plate (width similar). This meant that a shirt front fits on in entirety, rather than having to be moved up)

I have been repairing Sp type presses and irons for over 12 years. They are long lasting and easy to use. Take it from a technician, they are great value for money.

Received my ESP 2 steam press on Saturday, having ordered it two days earlier. I was soon ironing shirts in seconds. Fantastic. One or two burns to my fingers but that was due to my carelessness. Cant wait to tackle the king size duvet covers. Can highly recommend to anyone who finds ironing a chore.

We have had the it for 2 years now and has never let us down. From time to time we have had to change the foam pad and pressing cover, we couldnt do without it now. Top class product.

I dont know if this is the right place for feedback, but I thought I would let you know that the recently purchased Steam Press is one of the best things Ive ever used. Ive almost mastered shirts now, and everything else was immediately very straightforward. Ironing time has been cut by more than half, with the added convenience of being able to sit down to do it. I managed to burn myself once or twice (very minor, and mainly because I was over-enthusiastic) but thats stopped now as well. I would (and have already) recommend this to anyone, its brilliant.

Love the press especially the ability to turn the board to fit long items as I am a kiltmaker and use it to press kilts. However, although I followed the instructions to condition the steam press before use there are streaks of yellowish substance on the upper plate and in the holes.
