In fact a steam press can half your ironing time..! they are usually over 10 times the pressing area of a regular hand iron. That in itself is a huge difference. But what you don't see in the images is, how easy they are to use. No need to stand while ironing! No more too-and-fro with a heavy iron!

My Singer steam press arrived yesterday, faster than estimated! I emailed to thank you at about midnight and got a thank you back straight away...very impressive! I did a pile of ironing before breakfast this morning... sheets and things I had been putting off...and got through it so fast! I have hand contracture problems and arthritis in my back and shoulders but the Singer press is a lot easier to manage than the old press my Mum used to have and I was amazed at how well I could even do my father's trousers! The creases used to reduce me nearly to tears with an ordinary iron. Sorry, I am rambling.

I bought the machine for an upcoming business idea but before using it for the business I knew that I had 2 enormous piles of bedding and table cloths that had lain there for 2 months prior to me ironing them with this new press. All I can say is that the roller is unbelievable, it zipped throught the bedding in no time and the tablecloths, some of which were enormous, it dealt with them very easily. Even as a home investment, the Pfaff Roller Press can save you so much time.

There are absolutely no wash day blues in this household as a result of this marvelous machine. It whizzes through the ironing and the results are stunning. I confess it was a tad awkward with the first two shirts, but once we'd worked out how to place the material, it's an absolute dream!

Takes a little getting used to after a conventional iron, downside the water container is extremely difficult to remove! *STAFF COMMENT* The water container is not designed to be removed it slides in and out of the base of the machine for efficient filling and hides away whilst not being used.*

Love this steam press. I am a full time wheelchair user and this is a brilliant item for me. I can now press everything myself and not have to rely on carers to do it therefore giving me more independence. When I first used it I searched for extra things to press and ended up doing all my teenage sons boxer shorts much to his amusement. Love it.

Just bought an ESP 2 to replace my original Singer Magic Press that I bought 25 years ago at the Ideal Home Exhibition at Earls Court. It has served me so well and is in fact still working but I decided to splash out on a new press to update and also enjoy the steam enhancement. The new machine is wonderful and much lighter which will be helpful as I am 25 years older now! The ironing press is a wonderful invention and makes light of ironing - I would never be without one. I didnt even bother to look at other machines as Singer are obviously the best!
