In fact a steam press can half your ironing time..! they are usually over 10 times the pressing area of a regular hand iron. That in itself is a huge difference. But what you don't see in the images is, how easy they are to use. No need to stand while ironing! No more too-and-fro with a heavy iron!

Got this last week, with fantastic delivery time, Well packed, with all the accessories enclosed. The instruction manual is so easy to understand. Knew it would be heavy as I chose the Mega Press. Impressed with quality of the Press, and have done two lots of ironing so far. Brilliant! especially for T-shirts, tops, jeans, and even managed to make a fitted sheet look decent, which is a feat in itself. Husband now gets his socks pressed as you can place half a dozen on the press and bingo! all done in a couple of seconds. Now Getting the hang of shirts. I have always hated ironing, because I had piles to do. This 70 year old still has piles of ironing, but I can now sit down, watch the tele and get through it more quickly with professional looking ironing and don't feel exhausted the way I used to. Have decided to buy the stand. This has been a great buy.

I am so delighted with my steam iron. Mainly, the steam, especially for Egyptian cotton bedding, but another plus is that it is open at both ends of the roller, and makes single fitted sheets so much easier to do. Also you control the speed of the roller with the foot pedal, and you can also hold the roller for a few seconds on badly creased linen on the one spot. A must for B&B owners!!

I spent ages researching which machine to buy, could I justify spending that amount of money on 'an iron'. Well I am so glad I did, I run a B&B and this has halved my ironing time in half. Easy to use, quite compact. Would definitely recommend this to others. Service was great too.

This is an excellent ironing press. Very well designed, working especially well on the optional stand, which you should also purchase to accompany the press. The controls are easy and straightforward, making the press a joy to use. Once up to the required temperature for the type of material, pressing items on the extra large surface is quick, easy, and roughly four times faster than a regular steam iron. I highly recommend this press.

Bought this to use in our holiday let, we have 5 sets of bed linen to launder in 4 hours so need an efficient means of ironing. Very pleased with it so far, no pressure needed and good heat distribution. My last steam press worked well for 12 years, so I hope this will too!

This is my third Singer press in some twenty-five years and it's a super machine. Lighter than the last model but with the same amount of pressing area and an improved water tank. I cannot imagine going back to that back-breaking alternative, the ironing board. Oh, and Sewing Machine Sales is a fabulous vendor. I ordered my press on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived on Thursday morning! This is one very happy customer.

I bought this as I am disabled and find ironing very difficult. I hated asking others for help as well as feeling pain if I tried to iron myself. This machine is so easy to use and I actually look forward to clearing the ironing in double quick time. The service from sewingmachinesales was very efficient and helpful advice.
