100%love it!!! Ordering so easy, delivery fast and efficient thank you so or should that be 'sew' much! My machine is so easy to use and such beautiful stitches, I played with them just to try them out. I have a big all singing/dancing machine but my 100q has become my go to machine. It's so easy to use, and light enough to take anywhere. Great having a hard case too, which is now adorned with sparkly gems! Its a great machine, sews beautifully, just purrs, and I'm looking forward to reducing my fabric mountain very soon.

100%Very quick delivery. I have 3 brother machines and so far they have not failed me once. I had this embroidery machine for a year now and it's really good quality. The stiching is very neat. It works really well with good quality stabiliser ( I use madeira). I hardly use the designs on the machine as I find them a bit dated but with the card reader I can buy my design files which works well for me. I love appliqué designs and the machine makes the job really easy.

100%Love this machine although the videos on YouTube have been well and truly watched on how to get the best out of it. Wonderful machine love it . PE DESIGN 10 software came with it as a promotion offer from Brother. Both truly are a learning curve although YouTube videos have helped. Definitely a 5 star buy.

80%Had this machine a few weeks now,. just completed a pair of curtains, machine runs really smooth and stitches beautifully. The only problem I had was I found it hard to change the needle and ended up with my husband doing it for me.

100%This machine is everything Brother promises, a truly amazing embroidery machine. My only regret is that I did not take advantage of the software package that was on offer when you buy the machine at a discounted price.

80%An easy to use and understand, well designed and constructed machine for even a mature person; initially bought to make our own curtains. Very easy to thread first time, which helps ageing eyes. We tried it out on a fine polyester lining which was handled brilliantly as was a medium weight satin dress material. The reverse lever is well positioned to be used by the fingers of your right hand. Quite and vibration free in use, neat and consistent stitching. The variable maximum speed control and the needle lift/lower button are well worth the extra money above the price of the 116 model. The only niggle is the length of the needle clamp screw, which can catch your fingers at times.

100%This is my wife's 3rd Husqvarna sewing machine (not counting 2 overlockers), and this clearly is her favorite. She is most impressed with how solid it is - as a big embroiderer, she needs the embroidery extension to be substantial, move smoothly, and ensure that the designs 'register' correctly, which this one does. She always used the 8 spool rack on her Diamond and Designer SE because she said the horizontal feed spilled thread, and didn't feed correctly when vertical and turning. The Epic's vertical pins solve this. Other features she loves? The larger capacity bobbin, especially with stitch intensive designs like free-standing lace. My SewNet, which makes organizing all her designs between the software on her laptop and the machine so much easier. While she is enjoying exploring the new touch screen, the real fan of that feature and the JoyOS Advisor is our granddaughter! She was previously somewhat intimidated by "Nana's machine" but now that she can get detailed instructions (and actually show Nana what to do), she leaps right in there. So yes, it's been a joy for everyone, including me as I get 'extra credit' for buying it for her!!
